Handpicked grapes grown on clay-loam soils, winemaking and maturation was carried out in stainless steel to preserve fruitiness and acidity. Herdade do Sobroso practise winemaking, cork tree forestry and other forms of mixed agriculture in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
