Origin: La Mancha, Spain

Tasting notes: Aromas of toffee, caramel and fruit, such as peach and apricot, of white flowers such as jasmine. Velvet texture on the palate. The acidity, unusual for a sweet wine, lends freshness and energy which compensates fantastically for the sweetness of the wine.

Food Pairing: Antigua Moscatel works especially well with desserts and all types of fruit. It also combines well with aged cheeses and other appetisers of nuts and dried fruits. Can also be served as a dessert by itself.
