Type & Grape: Red, typically a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera.

Origin: Puglia, Italy.

Tasting notes: Aromas of ripe red fruit, dried currants, sweet spices, cloves, and coffee beans. Very well structured and full-bodied with lush, velvety tannins and excellent concentration. The finish is long & complex, think along the lines of a baby Amarone.
