We’re super excited to have the amazing team at Fisk (of Downings fame) take over our kitchen on Friday 19th October.
Tony and his team (alongside special guest patisserie chef Monto Mansour) are going to serve up an amazing 5 course tasting menu using locally sourced seafood.
Richard from The Counter will be pairing each of the dishes with the perfect wine (we may even throw in one beer pairing) to ensure that the night is truly memorable.
Each sitting is limited to just 16 people and will be communal seating around the table to add to the occasion. There is a 6:30pm sitting and a 9:00pm sitting.
BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING…
This is a set tasting menu and no substitutions for dishes will be available (it’s a really small kitchen and changes can’t be accommodated).
This will be a fish based menu and shellfish will be included.
Whilst in other events with large kitchens we can accommodate dietary requirements (coeliacs, dairy allergies, vegetarians, vegans, etc) in this event unfortunately we cannot.
Those who are booked in to the 6:30pm sitting, please note that the table will need to be cleared by 9:00pm at the latest to accommodate the 9:00pm sitting.
If you are making a booking and you have friends booking separately who you would like to be sat beside, please let us know in the comments section on checkout who the booking person is so we can accommodate.
FINALLY! TICKETS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THIS EVENT. PURCHASING TICKETS THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL PLACE YOU ON THE GUEST LIST. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND WE WILL CALL A WEEK IN ADVANCE TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR BOOKING AND TO TAKE ANY FINAL QUESTIONS.
